Our Repair Centre

At Donaghy Bros, Service is very important to us, we have had a service arm to the business since its beginnings in 1964. With technology changing rapidly over the years we feel its necessary to be able to deal with any problems which customers may be experiencing with their products ourselves rather than depend on a third party who can often be more expensive and have a much slower response time.

We repair the full range of home sound & vision products including camcorders, hifi and DVD. We repair high technology sound & vision products such as LED TV, LCD TV, Plasma TV and DVDR from all leading manufacturers. We also repair microwave ovens and small appliances.

The head of our Kilrea Repair Centre is Seamus Darragh who has been with the company since, 1992 and he is ably assisted by Artur Jackson who is the longest servicing member of staff having joined the company in 1981. Limavady’s Repair Centre is overseen by John Mulholland who has been with the company since 1991.

We continually invest and innovate to keep up with the latest technology. We aim to remain one of Northern Ireland’s largest dedicated brown goods repair centre which gives us an edge on the competition who cannot offer the same after sales security which we feel is essential when considering an expensive purchase.
